What types of passes can I create?

WalletVoucher supports four pass types: Stamp Cards (digital loyalty cards where customers collect stamps and earn rewards), Coupons (scannable promotional offers that staff redeem with a QR scan), Business Cards (shareable digital contact cards with an optional vCard or website link), and Campaign passes (a two-phase pass that starts as a coupon and converts into a stamp card after redemption).

Can I update passes after customers have downloaded them?

Yes. Changes you make — adding stamps, sending notifications, updating locations — are pushed directly to customers' wallet apps in real time. Customers don't need to re-download anything.

How do push notifications work?

Accepted Answer

You can schedule lock-screen notifications to send to all active pass holders who have had the pass for at least 14 days. One notification per pass per calendar month. Available on Starter and Growth plans.

How do location-based notifications work?

Add up to 10 physical locations to a pass. When a customer with the pass gets near one of those locations, it automatically surfaces on their lock screen (Apple) or highlights in their Wallet app (Google). Available on Starter and Growth plans.

Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. The Free plan never expires. You get one pass template and five active passes at a time.

What counts as an active pass?

Accepted Answer

An active pass is one currently sitting in a customer's wallet. Once a pass is removed from their wallet, expires, or is redeemed, it no longer counts toward your limit — freeing up space for new distributions automatically.

Can I collaborate with my team?

Yes, on Starter and Growth plans. Invite team members to your organization. You can assign them as an Admin (full pass management and invitation rights) or a Member (can scan and stamp cards).
